where do you deliver?

we deliver within a 10 mile radius of West Hollywood, CA. this covers most cities and neighborhoods within the greater Los Angeles area, including:

Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Burbank, Culver City, Encino, Glendale, Inglewood, La Crescenta, Los Angeles, Marina Del Rey, North Hills, North Hollywood, Panorama City, Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Silverlake, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Village, Van Nuys, Venice, Westwood, and many more.

how much do you charge for delivery?

our delivery charge ranges from $25 to $45, depending on distance from our studio. a list of los angeles area zip codes with their corresponding shipping rates can be downloaded here.

i live near west hollywood. is there a free pick-up option?

absolutely! you can choose the “pick-up” option at check-out, and we will text you or the recipient of the arrangement the day before the scheduled pick-up to coordinate a time. the pick-up location is at:

can i order same-day delivery?

unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill same-day requests at this time. our typical cutoff period for a standard arrangement is two days prior to delivery, and three days prior for custom arrangements.

that said, we may be able to fulfill a next-day request depending on our schedule and flower availability (particularly for custom arrangements).

what times do you deliver?

our arrangements are made on the day of delivery, so our delivery times will typically fall between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. pst., after the studio has closed.

we deliver from monday to friday.

please contact us at least one day ahead of delivery schedule for any special requests, and we will always do our best to accommodate.

i am interested in an arrangement but not the poem. can I remove the poem or swap to a different poem?

of course! at check-out, you will be given an option to remove the poem or to switch to a different poem within our offerings.

Do you make customized poems?

unfortunately, we do not offer customized poems.

but we do offer a personalized handwritten message for the recipient. please make sure to fill in the personalized message box at check-out, if this is something you’d like to do.

how will my arrangement be packaged?

each arrangement will come with an elegant blooms & poems. card with the poem written on it. Any personalized messages will also be handwritten on a separate card. they will then be placed on a metal pick holder hovering above the arrangement.

what if the recipient is not home?

we will call the recipient and ask them for input on where to leave the arrangement. alternatively, you may also leave delivery instructions at check-out in the event that the recipient is not home.

otherwise, we will do our best to leave the arrangement in a safe place around the recipient’s main point of entry.

how will I know when the order arrives?

you will receive an email notifying you that the arrangement has been shipped.
